Finding a fit that works for every body shape is honestly one of the biggest challenges when designing. For this particular style, I chose a fold-over waistband rather than a firm elastic waistband. The fold-over design is intended to create a smoother, more flattering fit that doesn't dig into the skin, and it actually uses more fabric and construction than a traditional waistband. This is a style that I personally love and that many of my customers enjoy.

That said, I completely understand that it won't suit every body shape. If you have a smaller waist relative to your hips, a firmer elastic waistband can often provide a more secure fit and help prevent slipping.

I really appreciate your feedback, as it helps me continue improving my designs. I'm always working on new styles and fits, and I hope to offer something in the future that may be better suited to your body shape and others with similar preferences.
