Return and Refund Policy
At Trevena we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Change of Mind or Size Swap
We honor a full money-back guarantee, size swap, or store credit for full-priced garments. You have 21 days from the date of purchase to lodge a return. Please email us at aimee@trevena.au to initiate the process.
- All returned garments must be in the same condition as received—unwashed, unworn, and with original tags. For hygiene reasons, please try on bikini bottoms with underwear.
- For change-of-mind / size swap returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For size swaps, we will cover the cost to ship the new size back to you.
- Please note the following:
- Products can only be returned in the country where they were originally purchased.
- The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, pre-order items.
Faulty or Defective Garments
If you receive a faulty or defective garment, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace it within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon returning the product.
- We will cover the cost of shipping for any repaired or replaced items.
