Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out right away by replying to your order confirmation email. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Trevena cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, especially in apartment buildings which often have a higher risk of theft.

If you are out of town or not at your shipping address, please notify us and we can delay your shipment until you return to your shipping address.
